I opt for the less is more approach when it comes to securing important digital products.  My method may be overkill for you, but at the very least I’d suggest keeping at least 2 thumb drives, and if you’re an Amazon Prime member, take advantage of their cloud backup.  Amazon Servers are the pinnacle when it comes to cloud storage.
